Risk Disclosure

Please read this carefully before using any ISMTI service.

⚠ Trading and investing in securities, derivatives, forex and commodities involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You could lose some or all of your invested capital.

1. Market risk

Prices of stocks, indices, currencies and commodities fluctuate based on factors outside anyone's control, including economic data, company performance, geopolitical events, and market sentiment. No educational content, assisted-investing plan, illustration, or automated tool offered by ISMTI can eliminate this risk.

2. Leverage & derivatives risk

Futures, options, and margin-based forex/CFD trading involve leverage — a small price movement can result in a proportionally larger gain or loss relative to your margin. Losses can, in some cases, exceed your initial deposit. Please ensure you understand margin requirements, expiry mechanics, and settlement rules before trading any derivative instrument.

3. Automated trading (EA) risk

Our licensed Expert Advisor executes a pre-defined, rules-based strategy without human discretion at the point of each trade. Automated strategies can perform differently in live markets than in past periods, may experience consecutive losing trades, and remain subject to all the market and leverage risks above. A profit-share commission model means our compensation depends on your account's net profit, which aligns incentives but does not remove or reduce your risk of loss.

4. No guaranteed returns

ISMTI does not guarantee returns on any plan, strategy, or tool. Any figures shown in illustrations, calculators, or examples on this website (including the EA commission example) are for explanation only and are not a projection or promise of actual performance.

5. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions, for choosing a broker suited to your needs, and for only committing capital you can afford to lose. If you are uncertain whether a product is suitable for you, consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser before proceeding.

This disclosure works alongside our Terms of Use and Investor Charter.
