These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ISMTI website and services, including our educational content, assisted-investing guidance, and Expert Advisor (EA) rental program (collectively, the "Services"). By using this website or engaging any Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

ISMTI (International Stock Market · Trading Institute) provides market education, assisted-investing guidance, and technology tools (including automated trading software licensed on a profit-share basis). ISMTI is not a stockbroker, depository participant, portfolio manager, or SEBI-registered investment adviser. We do not hold client funds or securities, and no Service constitutes a broker-dealer relationship.

2. No investment advice

Nothing on this website, in our communications, or within any tool we license constitutes personalized investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or instrument. Educational content and market data are provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.

3. EA rental & automated trading

Where you license our automated trading software (an "EA") for use on your own trading account with your own broker, you retain full ownership and control of that account. ISMTI does not have withdrawal access to your funds. Commission, where applicable, is calculated only on newly realized net profit as agreed with you in writing before activation, using a high-water-mark method so that drawdown recovery is not charged twice. You may request a pause or revocation of EA access at any time; positions already open at the time of a pause continue to be managed under the strategy's existing rules rather than being force-closed.

4. No guarantee of returns

Trading and investing in securities, derivatives, forex and commodities carries substantial risk, including the risk of loss exceeding your initial capital. Past performance of any strategy, illustration, or calculator on this site is not indicative of future results. ISMTI makes no guarantee, express or implied, regarding profit, and any illustrative figures shown (including on our returns calculator) are estimates only, not promises.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, comply with your broker's terms and applicable law (including any rules governing automated order placement in your jurisdiction), and use our Services only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for confirming that any automated trading tool is permitted by your specific broker before activation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ISMTI, its team and affiliates are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, educational content, or any EA licensed to you.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
